   Proposal Description:
   Clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential (CHIP) is a pre-malignant expansion of mutated blood stem cells that also associates with non-hematological disorders. We used exome sequencing data from ADSP to identify CHIP carriers. We will now test whether CHIP is associated with Thal phase, Braak stage, CERAD score, and density of diffuse plaques in these participants while also adjusting for age at autopsy, APOE genotype, and sex.
